Expressive Arts Therapy is a special form of psychotherapy that uses various arts to help people foster self-awareness, develop emotional strength, and improve relationships with others through access to imagination. Our clients can experience and express feelings through engaging in artistic practices such as dancing, drawing, singing, writing, drama acting, and pottery. Scientific evidence has demonstrated the therapeutic effectiveness of Expressive Arts Therapy (Heynen et al., 2017;  Hertrampf & Wärja, 2017; Sabine, 2017).

 

The mission of iTherapy is to offer professional and high quality expressive art therapy to help our clients to maintain high levels of psychological health and well-being.
